What are we doing when we communicate?



Communication is a way or a tool that make us contacting with others and it is bring out changes from our and others attitudes, motivate the people around us and establish relationship with them. when I say communication I do not mean a language because it is a knowledge that not everybody can master it. Nevertheless, communication is a skill and it is related to culture of the person belongs. Some people are communicating to express their emotion like happy or disappointed, moreover, we communicate to give or provide information by contacting with others or sending news posts. Furthermore in social media today there are many people making connection with thousands of people to provide many different information like sport, food, tourist cities and political news, those things attract people to be connected to you because you are providing what people need and make it easier for them.

Research Tools

Zotero manages references and let students save PDF. It allows to output references when writing papers and helps to manage citations. Unlike writing the details one by one in softwares like endnote, it can easily save the page on the web browser and adds it to the library with pre-set citation style. It is not a heavy software to install in computer like Endnote and is user-friendly as well. It is easy to grab a reference and paste it in the word document. It also allows to highlight sentences in PDF; however, the citations might not always be correct, so diligence is needed before citing references in the essay.
